When Sampling with The Goody Bag Company

If you are not an existing client of ours a full Terms and Conditions document will be sent to you, prior to any sampling activity. This will outline the T&C relating to cost and payment, examples, acceptability, delivery, responsibility of samples, cancellation, limitation of liability.

The contract for the promotion of product samples, is governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
