The Process - How it works for Brand Managers
 
  • If you wish to book your sample / promotion into one or more of our goody bags written confirmation is required when confirming a booking (email is acceptable).

 

  • We will send you a copy of our terms and conditions document for you to sign and return to us, an invoice (if applicable) and delivery instructions. Where delivery instructions are not confirmed at time of booking then they will be despatched at least 6-8 weeks prior to the event.

 

  • Samples are usually required 3-4 weeks before the event, however this is not always the case it could be more or it could be less, depending on who is packing the bags.  Occasionally an event organiser may choose to pack their own goody bags in which case deliveries are made directly to the event organiser 1-2 days before the event.

 

  • If you book a series of events throughout the year, you can arrange one hulk delivery to a specified warehouse, and we will organise each individual event delivery for you.

 

  • We usually send a reminder of delivery deadlines, however it remains the responsibility of the brand/product manager/agency to ensure deliveries are made on time.

 

  • We will inform brand/product managers/agency of any shortfall in delivery or incorrect delivery.

 

  • If deliveries are not made, or not made by the deadline, and therefore are not included in the goody bags, unfortunately we are not able to reimburse the fee.  If this is due to production delays, it may be appropriate to send a replacement sample.  This must be agreed in advance with GBC Ltd.

  • Payment is required before delivery of samples or 30 days from date of invoice.

 

  • We emphasise that if you have booked sampling or advertising in our goody bags you refer to your signed terms and conditions document.

 

  • Don't forget... we try to be as accommodating as possible and are happy to assist with any questions and issues throughout the process.
