The Goody Bag® Company can oversee the whole operation from the manufacture and branding of bags, to the sourcing of appropriate samples and branded promotional items, together with packing, transportation and distribution to the event location.

We work alongside a variety of event organisers nationwide, both large and small:

•  organisers of exhibitions and trade shows
•  organisers of sporting events and festivals

Built on our knowledge of the market, we tailor our service to each event organiser and are able to source samples that not only fit the event but are also targeted towards the profile participating.

• As a neat and effective method of distributing even memorabilia and sponsorship material 
• Increased visibility for sponsors by 'branding' the outside of the bags 

How it works for an Event Organiser

Having received an enquiry about our services and goody bags for an event, all options will be discussed and suggestions outlined in a proposal. 

We aim to provide a bespoke service which can include any of the following:

• To promote the sampling opportunity to a range of suppliers, secure samples and literature which fits well with the event participants’ profile. 
• To arrange for the packing and delivery of the finished goody bags, to include samples sourced by GBC Ltd, the event organiser and any key sponsors. 
• To liaise with all parties and to ensure that detailed delivery instructions are adhered to. 
• To assist our logistics company in ensuring that deliveries are booked in on time for packing, and to help with any problems that may arise. 
• To ensure that the finished bags are delivered on site in readiness for distribution in accordance with the Event Organiser's instructions.
