Weekly Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) + company bonus

Location: Gloucester based office with home working available

About the Goody Bag Co

The Goody Bag Co have been operating in the sampling space for over 20 years, helping bridge the gap between brands and mass participation events. Our diverse calendar of events offers brands the perfect opportunity to target new consumers through our low-cost and readily available sampling channels which includes goody bags and brand to hand. With over 500 events a year, we have incredible reach throughout the country on a weekly basis.

Due to our expansion plans, we are looking for an Account Executive to help grow and maintain our client base and support the delivery of our campaigns. The Account Executive will be responsible for our portfolio of clients which include brands such as L’Oreal, Squashies, Proper Corn and Vitabiotics. We also require the Account Executive to generate new business where possible.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of clients
Grow, maintain and upsell to client portfolio
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop promotional campaigns
Outstanding delivery of campaigns
Sourcing new events
Producing and presenting campaign reviews to client portfolio

What we are looking for:

Ability to work under pressure whilst still maintaining high standards
Self-motivated with a big work ethic and a desire to learn
Knowledge and understanding of sampling / experiential marketing
Competent using in-house CRM
To be always on the lookout for the new and the different
Enthusiasm and passion about what we do
Be curious and interested
To be proactive at developing ideas that help The Goody Bag Co in any way possible
